It is intended for those who can provide their own registered office and director’s service address and are comfortable with their addresses being publicly available on the Companies House website.

We will prepare and submit your company incorporation application to Companies House.

Digital documents

Once your company is incorporated, we will provide you with a digital copy of the incorporation documents.
